Theme: Leaping Quotes: From Black Swan Devastated, the White Swan leaps off a cliff, killing herself. And in death... finds freedom. Scenario: Heights are a phobia for some people, but not this base jumper--the taller, the better. What pleasure s/he finds diving through the spaces between the peaks and the plunges, exploring the nuances of each soaring journey up and down the climbs, and glorying in the perfection of each summit! One day, however, the base jumper finds the exhilaration leveling off, and s/he isn't sure why. My Bio

I've been lurking for years, writing on the side, but I've discovered AI graphics via Midjourney and I can't get enough! Now I can turn my dreams, thoughts, hopes, fears, stories, characters, and more into something visual and tangible in a way that I could only try to portray through text before. Through this wonderful marriage of text and art, I can share my ideas with people that hopefully touch on a profound level.

I experiment with both surreal/emotional prompts to generate images, as well as heavily dipping into my background in fantasy literature for ideas. Hopefully I can connect with each and every one of my fellow Deviants here, and thank you for joining me on my journey!

Taking a break from sharing art here for a bit, trying to refocus on my writing. I'll be back, just don't know when. I appreciate all the support (and hate) that comes with AI generated art and I'm eager to see where this all goes. Writing is my true love and this excursion has honed by abilities to come up with better descriptions for my characters, because if an AI can figure it out, my readers definitely will get what I'm trying to show them. That can only be a good thing for me. Cheers!

Views and favorites have gone way down lately. Not sure if it's the DA algorithm de-prioritizing AI art or if it's because I dropped from 3 images a day down to 2. It's a bit disappointing, but I can understand it. I miss the dopamine fix :) Anyway, back to Nanowrimo, I hit 50,000 words yesterday so I want to see how far I get by the end of the month. Wish me luck!
